conFIDE Vision

At conFIDE (Center of Non-Violence: Foundation of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity) We are working on achieving Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (DEIA) in workplaces and institutions of education with a special focus on gender balance and equality.

conFIDE Mission

We are on a mission to educate, empower and inspire the youth (our daughter and granddaughter) and women to develop their natural abilities and broaden their perspectives, and equip them to excel as leaders of their workplaces and communities across all spheres of society. Through DEIA focus and activities, we are motivated and committed to achieving the goal to empower women to improve their lives, so they can improve our future.

Our Pledge

Our organization, center on non-violence: Foundation of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (conFIDE), is empowering women and girls in GB, Pakistan to tackle the issues that matter most to them.
Today, girls want to push boundaries. They want to make their voices heard, contribute to society, and lead lives that can transform their communities.
They don’t need people, experts, or nongovernmental organizations to tell them what needs to be done.
We believe, our women/girls are the experts on their own needs and their lived realities — they just need to be given the opportunity, skills, and support to make their voices heard and to make their own decisions.
By investing in women, we create a better future and a better world for all of us- a world that is more equal, fair, peaceful, and prosperous. That is the power of women, for women.
